Welcome to Nicole Nattrass Yoga and Pilates, a boutique studio offering Pilates Strength and Yoga classes in Blackburn North.

With a Teaching background in Special Education, I have had my own Personal Yoga Practice for over 3 decades and I discovered Pilates after a back injury.

I would Love to support you to have healthy muscles and a healthy nervous system so you can function at your best.

Beyond the mat, I love Family, my Labrador, Reading,, Music, Hiking, Weight Training & Teaching Group Fitness Classes. I am also Body Pump Instructor which I Love.

I’m here for the Love of Yoga & Pilates and the Love of Learning and I am Teaching to continue my lifelong learning.
