Welcome to Nicole Nattrass Yoga and Pilates, a boutique studio offering Pilates Strength and Yoga classes in Blackburn North.
My classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and support your nervous system — all in a welcoming space where you’re known by name.
I specialise in low-impact strength training, mindful movement, and restorative practices that support your body through every stage of life. Whether you’re new to movement or returning after a break, my small group classes offer personalised guidance and a strong sense of community.
