You don't need to be flexible, hyper-mobile or a certain shape or size to Practice Yoga or Pilates. Everybody's Skeletal System is different and I will guide you to listen to your Body, to be and feel and adapt poses & exercises for your body in a safe way.
With a Teaching background in Special Education, I have had my own Personal Yoga Practice for over 3 decades and I discovered Pilates after a back injury.
I would Love to support you to have healthy muscles and a healthy nervous system so you can function at your best.
