Pilates focuses on developing deep core strength , stability, flexibility and overall body awareness.
You don't need to be flexible, hyper-mobile or a certain shape or size to Practice Yoga or Pilates.
Healthy Stimulation & Stretching of the Muscle Fascia helps Joint Lubrication, improved Healing, better Circulation & Enhanced Mobility-this is so important as we age.
Everybody's Skeletal System is different and I will guide you to listen to your Body, to be and feel and adapt Poses & exercises for YOUR Body in a safe way.
With a Teaching background in Special Education, I have had my own Personal Yoga Practice for over 3 Decades and I discovered Pilates after bulging a disk in my back.
They have helped heal my pain & anxiety, Balancing my Hormones and supported me through a rough time, caring for my husband through Cancer & Treatment.
I would Love to support you to have healthy muscles and a healthy nervous system so you can function at your best.
If I can help one other person then this makes my heart full.
Beyond the mat, I love Family, my Labrador, Music, Hiking, Weight Training & Teaching Group Fitness Classes. I am a Body Pump Instructor which I Love.
I’m here for the Love of Yoga & Pilates and the Love of Learning and I am Teaching to continue my lifelong learning.
