
Beginner Pilates x Strength – 6 Week Course
If you’ve been curious about Pilates but feel unsure about jumping straight into a regular class, this course is the perfect place to begin.
Our Beginner Pilates x Strength series is a small, supportive 6-week program designed to help you learn the foundations of Pilates while gently building strength, stability and confidence.
Each week we focus on key Pilates principles such as breathing, core activation, posture and controlled movement. You’ll gradually learn how to use light equipment including 1–3kg dumbbells, resistance bands, small Pilates balls and magic circles to safely build strength throughout the body.
This is not about pushing harder — it’s about moving smarter, improving body awareness and creating strength that supports everyday life.
By the end of the course you will:
Understand the fundamentals of Pilates
Feel stronger through your core, hips and upper body
Move with better posture and stability
Feel confident joining our regular Pilates Strength classes
The class environment is welcoming, relaxed and supportive — perfect if you are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to rebuild strength safely.
