These exercises are designed to stretch different muscles every couple of hours.

Slow Flow Yoga Series
A 6-Class Series • Lifetime Access
A gentle, nourishing yoga practice that reconnects your breath with movement, and your mind with your body.
Slow Flow Yoga is designed to help regulate the nervous system, soften stress and anxiety, and improve flexibility through mindful, supportive movement. Rather than rushing from pose to pose, we slow the pace, flowing or resting in each posture for 3–5 breaths. This meditative rhythm is why Slow Flow is often lovingly called Bliss Yoga.
This is a practice to help you feel better in your body, and feel better in your mind—heart-centred, accessible, and welcoming for everybody.
Perfect for beginners.
