If you want to use props you don't need to buy anything:

You will need:

*a yoga mat or comfortable surface

*a bolster or cushion/pillow

*2 x yoga blocks or sturdy tissue boxes of the same size

*a yoga strap (or a bathrobe tie, mens tie or scarf, even an old pair of leggings)

*optional, a blanket for padding

*Your favourite Essential Oil (optional)
