Slow Flow Yoga is designed to help us slow down, focus within & connect our mind, body & emotions through nourishing movement & breath.
Helping to regulate our Sympathetic Nervous System,.
Releasing stress, anxiety & gently stretching your body assisting in preventing injury.
We practice some gentle movement, breath work and seated, standing and reclined postures.
Would you prefer to practice in a chair? Just let me know as this class is fully adaptable and I can set up a chair for you.

1 hour Class
`BYO Yoga Mat & Drink Bottle (there is a kitchen if you forget)
`Arrive 5 mins early to settle in. I am always there ready to welcome you.
`Bathroom is available at any time before, during or after the class.
`We Practice without shoes, there is a shoe rack to store them.
`It is best to only have a light meal about an !/2 - 1 hour before class.
`I will be there with the room set up when you arrive. You can ask Questions anytime...before, during and after class.
`Find a spot, grab your blocks, straps and bolsters from the storage area, lay out your mat and chat/stretch/meditate, use the bathroom...whatever you need before we start.
`I like to play some soft music in the background.
