If you want to use props you don't need to buy anything:
You will need:
*a yoga mat or comfortable surface
*a bolster or cushion/pillow (optional)
*2 x yoga blocks (optional)
*a yoga strap (or a bathrobe tie, scarf, even an old pair of leggings)
*a blanket for padding & relaxation (optional)
*Your favourite Essential Oil (optional)
