A Slow Flow Practice, connecting the breath and movement. the mind and body. helping to regulate our sympathetic nervous system, releasing stress & anxiety & gently stretching your body, assisting in preventing injury.

The pace is more meditative, we slow it down and flow or rest in the postures for 3 - 5 breaths. This slower, but still rhythmic pace is probably the reason it is sometimes referred to as Bliss Yoga.

To feel better in our body, to feel better in our mind. a practice to get to know yourself with heart centred, accessible, loving, supportive, nourishing movement for all. Perfect for Beginners.

*2 x yoga blocks or sturdy tissue boxes of the same size

*a yoga strap (or a bathrobe tie, mens tie or scarf, even an old pair of leggings)

*optional, a blanket for padding under knees or for Relaxation.
