The pace is more meditative, we slow it down and flow or rest in the postures for 3 - 5 breaths. This slower, but still rhythmic pace is probably the reason it is sometimes referred to as Bliss Yoga.

*a bolster or cushion/pillow
*2 x yoga blocks or sturdy tissue boxes of the same size
*a yoga strap (or a bathrobe tie, mens tie or scarf, even an old pair of leggings)
*optional, a blanket for padding under knees or for Relaxation.
