First a quick personal update-

In my time off, I ventured out on my first few hikes these holidays after 5 months recovering from a plantar plate tear in my foot.

We hiked around Kinglake National Park (which is where I am looking to host a yoga/pilates retreat in 26/27, stay tuned!). We saw lots of wildlife, including this big guy!!

Virtual Studio.

You can join my virtual studio to join online classes and access to all recorded classes.

New classes have just been downloaded.

I have had to delay the Live online yoga and pilates classes as the weather was not so nice to be practicing outdoors.

I will begin this month and if you would like to join in please book here. If you have a Virtual studio membership the live classes are included! Otherwise there is a small fee and Pay What You Feel option.

You can find the recordings in the Virtual Studio with membership just $14.99 per month.

Studio News

I'm so excited to see you all again in the Blackburn North Studio next week. All classes start back on Monday 5th January. Here is the Term 1 Timetable again if you missed it. 10 Class Pass is $195 and Casual Classes are $22 plus 3% credit and booking fees.

Yoga Pants

I have been looking for some cool cotton yoga pants and purchased some online but I did not like the waistband. I still have the patterns from my business Redressd and over the holidays I made some and I love them, they are so cool and comfortable. If you would like a pair too in this green Indian cotton, with a high black jersey waistband, just pop your pre-order in for a custom made pair, they will be available in Feb. I am wearing a small and they are a nice loose fit, perfect for Yoga.

I love to make natural products using 100% pure essential oils.
