Hi %FIRSTNAME%,
I send this email with updates, events and announcements at the beginning of each month. Scroll through the email to see if anything stands out. There may be something that can help you reach your goals with your Yoga or Pilates practice.

Studio News!
We have been enjoying some beautiful sunsets in the evenings and the atmosphere is lovely now it is getting darker, and we can put all the candles on.
It has been so great to have many full classes as this term gets under way. Finding a way to move your body that you enjoy and keeping at it... Consistency is the key!
May is a great month to recommit to movement before winter arrives! It’s the perfect time to build routines that keep you strong, mobile and energised through winter.
As the weather cools, many of us notice tighter hips, a stiffer lower back, and more difficulty getting moving in the morning. (especially as we get older)
This is very common—the colder temperatures can make muscles feel less supple, and we often move less in winter.
If you’ve been feeling stiff lately, come move with us. Often the hardest part is starting—but you’ll always feel better after.

Progressive Structure: The 12-session program starts with foundational movements, moves to hypertrophy (muscle growth), and progresses to pure strength and athletic power.
Targeted Training: Sessions focus on specific, time-under-tension protocols (not high-rep endurance) to improve lifting confidence, stability and overall functional strength.
Usage: Ideal for individuals looking to get stronger, learn proper lifting form, or transition from basic fitness to heavier weightlifting.
Updated Studio Timetable
*Please note: No classes Monday evening, 18th May as I have my son’s graduation!
Hope to see you on the mat.
